Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite element whose required resistor-temperature characteristics equivalent to a circuit in which a thermistor is connected serially with a resistor, and a resistor is connected with the thermistor and the resistor in parallel are realized with a single chip.
SOLUTION: A conductor layer 2, insulator layers 4 and 5, conductor layers 6 and 7, resistor layer 8, and insulator layer 9 are formed on one face of a thermistor element body 1, and a conductor layer 3, an insulator layer 10, conductor layers 11 and 12, a resistor layer 13, an and insulator layer 14 are formed on the other face. Then, the serial connection of the resistor-thermistor of a terminal electrode 17, the conductor layer 7, resistor layer 8, conductor layers 6 and 2, thermistor element 1, conductor layers 3 and 11, and a terminal electrode 18 is formed, and the resistor of the terminal electrode 17, conductor layer 11, resistor layer 13, conductor layer 12, and terminal electrode 18 is connected to this serial connection in parallel.
