Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the dropping of a lifter securely in the cutting time of a weight lifting wire, without giving an influence to the up and down movement of the lifter.
SOLUTION: A stabilizer wire 46 is provided in the crossing form between the guide roller group 50a and 50b provided to a lifter 32, and sheaves for stabilizer. At both sides holding the crossing part P of the stabilizer 46 at the center, a pair of rotary bodies 56 and 56a movable relatively are provided. To the rotary bodies 56 and 56a, a disk brake is provided, and a clamp device 60 is also provided. The disk brake adds a rotation suppressing force to the rotary bodies 56 and 56a according to the cutting of the weight lifting wire. The clamp device 60 moves the rotary bodies 56 and 56a in the direction approaching each other, according to the cutting of the weight lifting wire, so as to fasten the stabilizer wire 46.
