Abstract:

To erect a loaded bottom steel panel of a composite floor slab on a main girder by moving the loaded bottom steel panel along with rails laid on an existing bottom steel panel on the main girder of a bridge after the bottom steel panel of the composite floor slab is loaded.

A composite floor slab erection machine 1 comprises: a main body frame 20, a loading section 21 which is provided on a front face 20a of the main body frame 20 and in which a bottom steel panel 11 of a composite floor slab is loaded; a pair of upper expanded parts 24n and 24n which are provided at the side of an upper surface 20e of the main body frame 20 and expanded forward further than the loading section 21; an erector 22 which is provided movable to the upper expanded parts 24n and 24n and erects the bottom steel panel 11 loaded into the loading section 21 on a main girder 3; and a truck section 23 which includes wheels and makes the composite floor slab erection machine 1 movable. The truck section 23 moves along with rails 40 laid on an existing bottom steel panel on the main girder 3.
