Abstract:

To form an antireflection film having durability against high temperature and high humidity on composite optical parts.

The composite optical parts consist of a substrate 1 made of glass and a resin layer 2 formed on the surface of the substrate 1. Then an antireflection film 3 consisting of alternately deposited SiO2 layers and TiO2 layers is formed on the surface of the resin layer 2.
