Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a composite powder having, for example, good slip properties and concealing power, make the surface of the powder hydrophobic or hydrophilic, lower the specific gravity of the powder or impart magnetic properties or coloring properties to the powder by coating the surface of a nucleus powder with an outer wall powder substantially perfectly, stably and uniformly to improve the surface properties of the nucleus powder.
CONSTITUTION: An org or inorg. powder with a particle diameter of 30μm or less is used as a nucleus powder and the nucleus powder is substantially perfectly coated with an outer wall powder having an average particle size 1/5 or less that of the nucleus powder such as an inorg. powder or a metal powder by mixing compression.
