Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form mutually excellent adhesive properties and to improve fluid hermeticity by a constitution wherein a part of a sheetlike member comprizing a fluorinated resin being more flexible than a resin molding is embedded in the rein molding and is extended on the surface.
SOLUTION: A sheetlike member 2 comprises a resin material such as polytetrafluoroethylene and has characteristics wherein tensile breaking elongation is approximately 20% or larger and tensile strength is 5MPa and hardness is approximately D40-D90 in Shore hardness (Durometer) and it has flexibility being more than that for a resin molding 7 being a supporting member. The resin molding 7 comprises a material such as polyphenylene sulfide resin and polyamideimide resin filled with a reinforcing material and it is an injection- moldable resin compsn. with a tensile strength of approximately 30MPa or higher and a hardness of approximately M50-M130 in a scale M and is a rigid body molding a part of the sheetlike member 2 (the inner diameter of an annular disk) into a sandwich-like shape. The thickness of the sheetlike member 2 is thinner than approximately 2mm and it perfectly adheres with the supporting member and generates no leakage of fluid.
