Abstract:

To provide a composite structure which is almost free from the separation between FRP and a resin, and shows a super performance such as weatherability, wear resistance, mar resistance, load resistance or vehicle travel durability even under severe conditions of an outdoor parking lot or the like and a manufacturing method for the composite structure.

This composite structure is characterized in that a heat-curable resin containing fibers is laminated on the upper surface of a base and a first aggregate layer is formed on a layer of the heat-curable resin containing fibers, partially buried in the latter. The manufacturing method for the composite structure comprises the steps to laminate an uncured heat-curable resin containing fibers on the upper surface of the base and spread first aggregate over the heat-curable resin layer, partially buried in the latter, in such a state that the heat-durable resin is uncured and further, form the first aggregate layer by curing the heat-curable resin.
