Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a high speed welding and make a groove aiming accuracy good with a compact head.
SOLUTION: This composite welding head for welding a material 30 to be welded by gas shield arc welding and laser welding comprises; a laser oscillator 11 outputting the laser light; a light condensing lens optical system 20 which is equipped with lenses 21-27, wherein hole parts 21a-27a are formed at the center part, welds the material 30 to be welded by condensing the laser light from the laser oscillator 11 with the lenses 21-27; a supply holder 32 which is passed through the hole parts 21a-27a of the lenses 21-27 and supplies a welding wire 33 approximately coaxially with the axial line of the lenses 21-27; and an arc welding power source 41 which conducts the electricity to the welding wire 33 and the welded material 30, and gas shield arc welds the same portion as the laser welded portion of the welded material 30 by the laser light.
