Abstract:
To obtain a composition containing coenzyme Q10, which can be dispersed stably in water without generating separation, precipitation, agglomeration and crystallization and also can be absorbed in organism well, while the conenzyme Q10 is inferior in dispersibility in water due to being slightly soluble in water and having high crystallinity and in addition, is inferior in organism absorption.
The composition containing coenzyme Q10 contains a peptide, which contains at least 15 mass % of L-glutamine and has an average molecular weight of 200 to 100,000, together with the cozenzyme Q10.
