PURPOSE: To obtain a composition of fats and oils used as a feed for culturing fishes, capable of promoting growth of the cultured fishes and suppressing excessive accumulation of visceral fats, etc., in the fish bodies, excellent in taste and effective in improving meat quality and a feed for culturing the fishes using the aforementioned composition.

CONSTITUTION: A composition of fats and oils used as a feed for culturing fishes composed of 6-12C medium-chain fatty acid triglycerides, soybean lecithin and long-chain unsaturated fatty acid triglycerides containing ≥10wt.% ω3-fatty acids. Furthermore, a feed for culturing the fishes using the aforementioned composition is provided.
