Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled composition containing α-linolenic acid (ester) as an active ingredient and useful in improving α-linolenic acid deficiency, nutritional unbalance and health trouble.
CONSTITUTION: The aimed composition containing α-linolenic acid and/or ester thereof (preferably mono, di or tri-ester of α-linolenic acid and 1W3-hydric alcohol as an active ingredient, preferably further containing blended 12W32C unsaturated fatty acid (ester). A stabilizer and oxidant are preferably further blended thereto.
