Abstract:
To provide compounds and methods enhancing the amount of an agent delivered to a cell or a group of cells.
Methods and compositions for enhancing transfer of the agent into the cell are provided. The agent may include a polypeptide, a polynucleotide such as genes and antisense nucleic acid, and other molecules. In some embodiments, the agents are modulating agents able to modulate cellular activity or function when introduced into the cell. The methods and compositions are useful for introducing agents into individual cells and cells existing as a tissue or organ.
