Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods to enhance the immunogenicity of antigens useful in the prevention and treatment of prostate tumors.SOLUTION: The present invention provides kallikrein-related peptidase 3 (KLK3) peptides, recombinant polypeptides comprising the same, recombinant nucleotide molecules encoding the same, recombinant Listeria strains comprising the same, and immunogenic and therapeutic methods utilizing the same. The non-KLK3 peptide is an ActA peptide or a PEST sequence peptide. The amino acid sequence of the KLK3 peptide includes a sequence selected from 10 specific sequences, and the non-KLK3 peptide enhances the immunogenicity of the recombinant polypeptide in the recombinant Listeria strain.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
