PURPOSE: To improve strength by forming a joint part of metal and ceramics or fiber reinforced resin compound material and a pipe part of the fiber reinforced resin compound material, and setting a connection part of the joint part to reverse tapered shape and a fiber of the pipe part to specific bias orientation.

CONSTITUTION: A joint part 1 is molded by forging and cutting so as to provide a reverse tapered connection part 3 and impregnated with resin by a filament winding method from an end part by inserting a column core, to form a fiber bundle with stickiness so as to obtain a ±15° to ±45° bias orientation fiber 4, and the bundle is given a high temperature and high pressure, impregnated with resin and hardened, to obtain a pipe 2. By forming the connection part in a reverse tapered shape, a tensile load is replaced with the tensile load of a fiber by a principle of wedge. By setting fiber orientation of the fiber reinforced resin compound material of the pipe part 2 to the bias orientation, Poisson's ratio of the pipe part 2 is increased to tighten the connection part 3 by contraction in a circumferential direction by the tensile load.
