Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound sheet which is excellent in adhesion and texture whithout causing blocking, and its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: The composite sheet is formed by bonding a liquid impermeable sheet to a nonwoven fabric through an adhesive. The liquid impermeable sheet has thickness of 15 to 40μ. The nonwoven fabric is composed of the composition fiber of the diameter of 1.5 to 3.5 denier and the basis weight is set to be 15 to 35g/m2. The adhesive is to be a hot-melt one whose base polymer is a styrenic elastomer, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or an amorphous poly-α-olefin. The adhesive melt viscosity is 10,000cps or less at 180°C. The adhesive is applied in a random fibrous state. The fiber diameter of the fibrous adhesive is 15 to 210μm and the applied quantity is 0.5 to 7g/m2. When drawing a line of 1cm length in the direction crossing at right angle with one arbitrary piece of the fibrous adhesive, the piece numbers of the adhesive crossing the line is to be 10 to 40 pieces.
