Abstract:

To provide a compound having a π conjugate structure which is useful to be contained in the organic semiconductor layer of an organic transistor, and to provide a thin film using it, and a compound which is a precursor for obtaining a compound including the π conjugate structure.

The compound has a structural unit represented by formula (1) [In the formula, R1 and R2 represent a substituent group, independently. R3 and R4 represent a hydrogen group or a substituent group, independently. n and m represent, independently, an integer of 0-3. Y represents a bivalent group. When there are a plurality of R1, they may be identical or different from each other. When there are a plurality of R2, they may be identical or different from each other.], and a structural unit having a π conjugate structure.
