Abstract:

To solve the problem that accurate processing is not performed occasionally because a person in charge of general window judges what is required office work processing in a conventional comprehensive window system which solves the problems that an applicant must apply at a plurality of reception windows in order when the applicant performs a plurality of application and much labor and time are required until the applicant completes all the office work processings in a city office, etc.

A comprehensive customer service support system is provided with a general window terminal unit for receiving various maters that a customer asks, a plurality of office work processing terminal units for performing office work processings having different contents, and a control computer which judges which of a plurality of office work processing terminal units performs office work processings based on customer's information received by the general window terminal unit or provides materials for judgement to the general window terminal unit to judge by the general window terminal unit, and makes the office work processing terminal unit selected based on the judgement perform the office work processings.
