Abstract:
To provide a system for automatic shape recognition and cutting planning automatic preparation of a net-like iron scrap, and a related automatic cutting system which can solve impairment of planarity and levelness due to erosion or breakage of a frame and can be stably and continuously applied.SOLUTION: When a computer performs automatic planning of a cutting route such that all work-pieces after cutting get within a predetermined size with respect to indefinite work-pieces, the computer performs the automatic planning based on restriction regarding coordinates of a cut side which is set preliminarily so as not to cause deterioration of a frame for mounting the work-piece thereon. Due to the restriction, cut is performed all or only a part of the specified route of such a manner that stability of the work-piece before cutting and the cut work-piece is not injured. The specified route assumes grid-shape formed by arraying the predetermined sizes closely. Algorism adopts the cutting planning on the grid of such a rotation angle and phase that the total cut length gets to shortest when trying to apply a plurality of grids different in the rotation angle on a flat plane of the grid or phase of the origin (X-axis, Y-axis or both) of the grid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
