PURPOSE: To achieve shortening of process time and reduction of manufacturing cost by a method wherein copy information inputted from a copy in-formation input part and information concerning each page inputted from a many sided information input part are operationally processed with an operational part, and printing is performed on one sheet of an output medium for a block copy based on the result.

CONSTITUTION: A many sided information of page memory part 2 stores information inputted from a many information input part 20, and a character of page information memory part 26 stores information inputted from a character information input part 22. A memory information read part 28 reads such stored information and gives it to a layout formatting operation part 30. The layout formatting operation part 30 operates many sided appearance based on obtained information, and further operates positions of a signature, a collating mark, a registering rule, etc. An operational result memory part 32 stores temporarily an obtained operation result. A font information memory part 34 stores font information of a character to be printed. A memory information read part 36 reads the operational result stored in the operational result memory part 32 and the font information stored in the font information memory part 34, and gives them to a printing part 38. The printing part 38 prints on an output medium for a block copy (photographic printing paper, a film, etc.) based on the given result.
