PURPOSE: To obtain a table work system capable of efficiently adding, correcting, deleting, and further adding additional information of a table even when a large amount of data is processed.
CONSTITUTION: A required cell group is selected out of a table by a cell group selection means 11. An additional information indication means 12 indicates a plurality of additional information to be added to each character data assigned in the selected cell group or a plurality of additional information to be added to ruled line data of the selected cell group. An additional information selection means 13 selects required one out of the indicated two or more additional information. An addition means 14 adds the selected additional information to each character data or ruled line data in the cell group as composition data.
