Abstract:

To provide a composition for an electrostatic charge preventing agent favorably used in offset rotary printing.

The concentrated composition for the electrostatic charge preventing agent for use in the offset rotary printing containing 200-8,000 molecular weight polyethylene oxide as inevitable component is applied to practical use upon diluting to 10-500 times as lean. This concentrated composition can be favorably used in the offset rotary printing, and can preclude electrostatic charge on the printed matter and solve the problems concerning the gliding and rubbing performance and the wettability, to lead to yielding a high quality printed matter.
