This concentration measuring instrument for measuring the concentration of the optically active material in the sample by measuring the rotation of the sample includes a filter for removing an inhibition substance inhibiting the measurement of the rotation of the measuring objective substance, the filter has a plurality of packings different in removal objective substances, and the concentration of a plurality of components contained in the sample is measured by using a difference between saturation times of the packings.
