To provide a concrete pile capable of being manufactured at a low cost without requiring for a special rotational form, a power device or the like and a manufacturing method thereof in the case of manufacturing by increasing strength also against other load than vertical load and to provide a leader device capable of being stably held in a vertical attitude and being operated by small-sized heavy equipment regardless of slopes of the ground in piling work.
The concrete pile has a hexagonal cross section. The manufacturing method is so constituted that a cylindrical cut pipe is provided to a rotational axial center section inside of a pile form having a hexagonal external form, the cut pipe is provided in a rotatable manner, a concrete is poured into the pile form, the concrete is solidified while rotating the cut pipe, the concrete is solidified to a certain extent, in such a stage that the concrete and the cut pipe are separated from each other, the cut pipe is pulled out of the pile form and that the concrete is completely solidified after the cut pipe has been pulled out. The leader device is so constituted that a rotational shaft at a right angle to the axis is provided in the upper part from the gravity of a leader strut and that a rotatable boom mounting device rotatable around the rotational shaft is provided.
