PURPOSE: To prevent water from advance flowing and back flowing from one direction by a pressure of water inside/outside a pipe by providing many through holes in a wall unit of the concrete pipe of drain pipe, catchment pipe, etc., and burying a check valve fitted into each through hole.

CONSTITUTION: Many through holes 2 are provided in a pipe wall 1 of a concrete pipe 1-A, and a check valve A is buried to be fitted to each through hole 2. This check valve A is constituted such that stopping protrusion parts 12 are provided in an upper end inside of the periphery 10 and also receiving a ball unit 11 floated vertically movably in the periphery 10, to removably mount a bottom surface cap 13, provided with a filter 15, to an end part in an opposite side to the protrusion part 12 of the periphery 10. In the case of using the concrete pipe 1-A as a catchment pipe, when water in the pipe is at a high pressure, the ball unit 11 is always brought into contact with and closely attached to the protrusion part 12, to impede the water in the pipe from flowing out to the outside of the pipe. However, water outside the pipe rises to increase a pressure due to a heavy rain or the like, the ball unit 12 is lowered down, and the through hole 2 is opened to permit invasion water.
