To provide a concrete water-leakage preventive member and a concrete water-leakage preventive construction method reducing a working cost by lightening a force in the direction slipped off from a skeleton by an expansive power by a freezing while shortening the application workhours of a reinforcing adhesive.
A concrete-leakage preventive member 10 is mounted to two-stage ditches 46 formed to the concrete skeleton 30. The concrete-leakage preventive member 10 is composed of fillers 12 and a reinforcing cover material 14 consisting of a surface member 16 fixed to the fillers 12 and an end-section member 18 integrally formed to the surface member 16. The fillers 12 are brought into contact with a wall surface 36 for a contact, the end-section member 18 is entered into an entrance ditch 48, and the entrance ditch 48 is buried with the reinforcing adhesive 28, thus fixing the concrete-leakage preventive member 10 to the concrete skeleton 30.
