A base-isolating device 4, which uses a rigid sliding bearing with such vertical and horizontal rigidity that the microvibrations transmitted to the structure 1 falls short of the allowable limit of vibration, caused by the degree of the anti-vibration of the equipment and the like, is arranged between the structure 1, wherein the equipment and the like apt to be easily damaged by the microvibrations are arranged, and a foundation 3 of the structure 1.
