Abstract:
To conduct evaluation of a condensation performance of a heat transfer pipe where an effect of inundation is reflected in a single pipe.
A condensation performance evaluation method includes: a condensation step of condensing a refrigerant vapor on an outer surface of a sample pipe 40; an evaluation step of evaluating the condensation performance of the sample pipe 40 when the sample pipe 40 condensing the refrigerant vapor. In the condensation step, the refrigerant vapor is condensed by the sample pipe 40 while a liquid coolant 22, which is a liquified material of the refrigerant vapor, is dropped or sprayed to the sample pipe 40.
