Abstract:
PURPOSE:To readily provide the subject material having improved durability, conductivity and electrostaticity. CONSTITUTION:A PVC paste comprising polyvinyl chloride prepared by an emulsion polymerization, a plasticizer and a surfactant is mixed with metal short fibers, mechanically stirred, deaerated and coated on a substrate with a coater. The coated substrate is heated in a heating oven at 120-230 deg.C for 1-60 min. The conductive material is precipitated by the action of the surfactant to form a metal fiber layer M, thus providing a conductive anisotropic PVC material having a non-uniformly layered overail structure.
