Abstract:
To provide a conductive connection member having an Erichsen value suitable for drawing or deep-drawing process, preferably 5 mm or more, or more preferably 7 mm or more.SOLUTION: A conductive connection member comprises a clad material in which a first metal layer composed of Al or Al alloy and a second metal layer composed of Fe or Fe alloy are laminated for cladding, or the first metal layer, the second metal layer, and a third metal layer composed of Al or Al alloy are laminated for cladding, with the second metal layer containing Cu of 0.50 mass% or less. Such a conductive connection member can be produced by a production method that includes laminating and cladding a first metal plate composed of Al or Al alloy and a second metal plate composed of Fe or Fe alloy in this order, or laminating and cladding the first metal plate, the second metal plate, and a third metal plate composed of Al or Al alloy in this order; and further applying a heat treatment to form a clad material, with the Cu content of the second metal plate controlled to 0.50 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
