A conductive film application unit 103 comprises: a cutting mechanism 138; multiple application heads 31; slide members 54; a guide rail 36; a cam body 41; and a cam driving part 42. The cam body 41 has multiple cam grooves 41a in which the slide members 54 of the multiple application heads 31 slide. The cam driving part 42 turns or rotates the cam body 41. The turn or the rotation of the cam body 41 causes the slide members 54 to slide in the cam grooves 41a and each space is displaced between the adjacent application heads 31 in the multiple application heads 31.
