Abstract:
To provide a conductive substrate that can provide a light emitting element such as an organic electroluminescent element whose excellent initial characteristics are maintained over a long period.
The conductive substrate comprises a transparent base and at least one ITO layer. The conductive substrate has a volume resistivity of 8×10-4 Ωcm or less and a total light transmittance of 75% or higher, and the ITO layer has a tin content of 15% to 40%.
