Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out state management and visualization easily recognized by a user by hierarchic structuring of tasks in total project from task management information across conferences.SOLUTION: A conference information management system includes: means for storing conference information and information of tasks occurring during a conference associated to a storage unit; means for carrying out hierarchic structuring associating tasks occurring in different conferences from the tasks store to a storage unit based on an instruction by a user; means for accepting selection of the task from among the tasks stored in the storage unit; means for identifying the task associated to the selected task based on the association among the tasks and determining the parent a parent-child relationship between the conferences to which respective identified tasks belong; and means for providing a display screen for displaying association between the determined parent-child relationship in conferences and the information of the task in which delay occurs in its progress among the tasks belonging to respective conferences.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
