Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient conference managing system in which all participants recognize intentions to participate the conference and only required conferences can be held while narrowing the subject for discussion down to a matter of argument.
SOLUTION: The system in which a conference managing server 1 and a plurality of client terminals are connected by a network for managing the conference, has a transmission part for transmitting conference hold request information concerning the request of conference holding, the point thereof and participation applicants inputted from one of a plurality of client terminals through the conference managing server 1 to another client server corresponding to the participation applicants and a report part 5 for reporting holding of the conference to the participation applicants when conference holding is determined on the basis of the necessity/unnecessity of conference holding and/or comment of the participation applicant inputted from the other client terminal in response to the conference holding request information.
