PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confidential information communication medium that improves the effect of appealing to a receiver more than before.SOLUTION: An information communication medium J1 is designed such that three sheets 1, 2, 3 laterally connected via creases 4, 5 are Z-folded or wound flat and two faces made opposite each other as a result of folding are stuck together so as to be peelable via a false adhesive medium G. In this information communication medium, covered binding is formed by not providing unsealing means used to peel second opposite faces remaining after first opposite faces are peeled from each other. The second opposite faces are peeled from each other by cutting a non-adhesive area provided along a crease forming the covered binding.
