When a test section 12 receives a reply signal, the reply information Ai is set to 1 and an equipment bit bi stored in the storage section 13 is compared with the information Ai, successful information Ei is set and stored in the storage section 13. The processing above is repeated and sets of information E1-EN are outputted.
