This compsn. is represented by formula I (wherein the part represented by formula II is a 1-4N nitrogen-arom. heterocyclic group having at least one nitrogen atom at the α-position of the CH=CH double bond and selected from among pyridinyl, pyrazinyl, pyrimidinyl, and triazinyl groups; and X1 and X2 are each independently an aliph. group in conjugation with the rest of the molecule or a phenyl or thienyl optionally substd. at least once by a group selected from among alkyl, halo, phenyl, hydroxyl, alkoxy, amino, lower alkylamino, aminocarbonyl, carboxyl, trifluoromethyl, nitro, cyano, mercapto, alkylsulfonyl, and pyridinyl groups).
