PURPOSE: To resist even bending stress from both upper and lower directions.
CONSTITUTION: An upper reinforcing plate 3 is buried to the top faces of composite sleepers 1 while crossing the mutual joints 13 of the composite sleepers 1 under the state, in which the tapered surface 11 of another composite sleeper 1 is abutted against the tapered surface 1 of the composite sleeper 1 through an adhesive 2, and bolt holes are penetrated. On the other hand, a lower reinforcing plate 4 is abutted against the undersides of the composite sleepers 1 while crossing the mutual joints 13 of the composite sleepers 1, and bolt holes are penetrated. Washers 5 with recessed sections, in which the heads of hexagon head bolts 7 are stored, and collar sections projected from the peripheries of the recessed sections are buried to the top faces of each both hole so as to be formed in the same surfaces as the top faces while plates 6 lying in the cross direction of the composite sleepers 1 are abutted against the undersides of each bolt hole, and the washers 5 and the plates 6 are fixed by the hexagon head bolts 7 inserted into the bolt holes.
