An insertion hole 12 of the hollow frames 11 is formed in a necessary sufficient noncircular shape to be inserted and extracted in the axial direction of the screw part 21, in a state of running the major axis 23a of the bolt head part 23 in the longitudinal direction of the hollow frames 11. A pair of ribs 11b and 11b regulating the rotational movement of the major axis 23a of the bolt head part 23 when installing a bolt 20 on both sides of the corresponding insertion hole 12, are formed on an inner surface of the respective sides 11a of the hollow frames 11.
