To easily position and connect both, by reducing these manufacturing cost, without requiring to apply any processing to an end surface of a stud and a connecting rod.
The connecting rod 4 is formed in a round tubular shape having a female screw in an end part. A side end part of the connecting rod 4 of this round tubular shape is fitted to an inner end surface in a connecting tool 12 turning in the horizontal direction. A bolt 23 inserted from the outside into an insertion hole 13 penetratingly arranged in a central part of the connecting tool 12 and turning in the longitudinal direction, is threadedly engaged with the female screw, and the connecting tool 12 is horizontally fixed to the side end of the connecting rod 4. An installation surface 14 and a positioning projection part 15 coming into surface contact with the upper end of the stud, are arranged on a lower outer peripheral surface of this horizontal connecting tool 12. The upper end of the stud 3b is fixed to this installation surface 14 by welding.
