Abstract:
To provide a small integrated electric connector.
This electric connector is provided with: a keying mechanism 10 for connecting it to a matching connector; a grounding element 20 of a first grounding element; a grounding extension part 38 of a second grounding element for connecting it to the grounding element 20; and a body 30 having the extension part 38 attached and having a mounting means used for connecting it to a printed circuit board disposed. When the keying mechanism 10 and the body 30 are connected to the mating connector and to the printed circuit board, respectively, the grounding element 20 and the extension part 38 provide grounding connection to a predetermined grounding position of the chassis of an automobile or the like.
