To attach and detach surely by integral molding a first hook with a claw engageable and fixable to the engaging groove of an outer casing and a second hook with a claw hookable on the hooking groove of a transmission side boss by a connection part and forming so that the second hook can elastically hook and separate the claw into the hooking groove by making the connection part to a fulcrum.

An outer casing 4 is externally fitted and fixed to the outer part 1a of a meter cable 1 and a first hook 8 of a joint 7 is engaged and fixed to the engaging groove 4c of the casing 4. Next, the square shaft key 2 of the tip of an inner part 1b is inserted in the installation hole 3a of a transmission side rotor 3 and the transmission side cylinder part 4a of the casing 4 is inserted in the inner cylinder 5a of a transmission side boss 5. The claw 9a of the second hook 9 of the joint 7 is hooked on the hooking groove 5b of the boss 5 and the connection of the cable 1 to a transmission side assembly is finished. As the edge end of the inner cylinder 5a of the boss 5 is slided smoothly and connected easily at the connection time due to that the claw 9a is in a sharp taper shape, the claw 9a can be separated easily by making the connection part 10 to a fulcrum.
