Abstract:

To reduce the mutual interval of a module and shorten an assembly time, when a gas separation film module is arranged in a row by forming spherical first/second suckers on the right/left of a body and providing a flow passage on the central part of the body.

An element 1 is made by the injection molding of a synthetic rubber and spherical first/second suckers 3, 4 are formed on the right/left of its body 2 and a flow passage guide part 5 with a prescribed diameter and a flow passage 6 which is common to this and the central part of the body 2 are provided on the central part of the sucker 3. The element 1 is assembled by inserting the guide part 5 of a first element 1 to the second joined part 13 of a first gas separation film module 8 on a water sealed vacuum pump 10 side, adsorbing and fixing the sucker 3, adsorbing and fixing the first joined part 12 of a second module 8 to the sucker 4 of the element 1, further inserting the guide part 5 of a second element 1 to the joined part 13 of the second module 8 and adsorbing the sucker 3 of the second element 1 and so on. Therefore, the interval of the module 8 is reduced and an assembly time can be shortened.
