Abstract:
To provide a connector effective for achieving both improved signal transmission characteristics and improved attaching workability to a cable.SOLUTION: A second connector 3 includes: a base unit 500 having a connector base 510, insulating first and second housings 520A and 520B that protrude in the same direction from the connector base 510 along a fitting direction D22, a first signal contact 530A held by the first housing 520A and connected to a first signal conductor 24 of a first cable 20A, and a second signal contact 530B held by the second housing 520B and connected to a second signal conductor 24 of a second cable 20B; and electroconductive first and second shells 600A and 600B fixed to the connector base 510 so as to respectively surround the first and second housings 520A and 520B about the axis in the fitting direction D22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
