Abstract:

To manufacture a connector efficiently while preventing occurrence of an electric connection failure in advance.

In an assembling method of a joint connector (J/C), while a circuit board 40 of a state that a flat wiring material 1 is not connected yet is built-in with a mounting face 24 of a housing body 11, the flat wiring material 1 in which an exposed portion 2 of the conductor body 1a is installed is arranged in a state that the exposed portion 2 of that conductor 1a is superposed on a pad 44 of the circuit board 40 (assembling process). Afterwards, a stationary shaft 28 protruded in the mounting face 24 is heat-deformed by an electric iron or the like and the circuit board 40 is fixed to the mounting face 24, and in addition, the solder coated in advance on the pad 44 is melted by that heat, individual conductor 1a of the flat wiring material 1 is joined to the pad 44 of the circuit board 40 (heating process).
