To provide a coupling connector favorably maintaining an electrically connected state without damaging a solder-connected part between a substrate connector and a substrate regardless of relative positional displacement between two substrate connectors; and to provide an assembly having the coupling connector and the substrate connector.

A coupling terminal 20 of the coupling connector 10 includes: two leg parts extending in an axis direction with a connector fitting direction defined as the axis and having contact parts connected with terminals of the substrate connector formed on leading end side; and a coupling part 23 coupling together the two leg parts. A housing includes a first support member 31 supporting one leg part and a second support member 32 supporting the other leg part. The first support member 31 and the second support member 32 are coupled together by a coupling terminal 20 to support one or the other leg part of the coupling terminal 20 to be rotatable about the axis to be relatively displaceable in a terminal arrayed direction. A terminal of the substrate connector supports the contact part of the coupling terminal 20 of the coupling connector to be rotatable about the axis.
