In the through-hole 42, the protrusion 34 exists, so that the guiding hole 43 that makes the terminal body 21 inserted and penetrated through in a direction intersecting with the penetrating direction of the through-hole 42 while deciding the positioning, and a relief groove 35 that allows a stabilizer 25 to pass through only when the terminal fittings 20 are at a right posture are formed. The protrusion 34 is contacted with the inner face of the through-hole 42, thereby positional displacement of the sealing hole 32 against the guide hole 43 is prevented.
