To provide a connector, while adopting a contact structure capable of realizing stable contact resistance and low inserting force, which can prevent partial increase of electric resistance of a socket main unit, attain downsizing and lightening of weight, particularly forming in a small diameter, and facilitate mounting/demounting.
This connector has a plug main unit 12, socket main unit 13 and internal thread parts 22, 23 respectively screwed to external thread parts 17, 21 formed in these main units, and comprises a nut-shaped lock member 14 fixedly connecting the socket main unit 12 and a plug main unit 13 and an annular contact shoe 15 brought into elastic contact with an outer surface of a plug part 20b and an inner surface of a socket hole 16b, and, in a position of an internal surface of a socket hole 16 overlapped in a lengthwise direction with the external thread part 17 of the socket main unit 13, a peripheral grove 18 receiving the contact 15 is provided, and the lock member 14 is constituted by a conductive material.
