A dust arm regulates the angle of rotation of a dust frame 30, and while functions so as to suspend a dust bag. Since each one dust arm is arranged in both ends of a console box main body in the cross direction, each one of two hanging parts of a shopping bag can be suspended by the dust arm, and opening condition of the bag in the cross direction can be held well. The dust arm is formed with bag suspending parts 43 at two positions separated from each other in the longitudinal direction so that the opening condition of the bag in the longitudinal direction can be held well. Throw-in of dust is thereby remarkably facilitated.
