Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lock device which resists illegal unlocking by simple scraping action with conventional picking tools.
CONSTITUTION: In a lock device, in which a point where a code pin 5 abuts to a driver pin 7 is moved onto the boundary between the outer surface of a rotor 3 and the inner surface of a hole 2 in a lock main body 1 by means of operating recesses 11 in a plate-shaped key 10 inserted in a keyhole 9 in the rotor 3, so as to make the rotor 3 rotatable relative to the lock main body 1, steps are formed in the width of the portion of the plate-shaped key 10 inserted in the keyhole 9. A root-side wide part 12 and an end-side narrow part 13 are provided with the respective operating recesses 11.
