PURPOSE: To construct a sand pile which is uniform in quality, by a method wherein, based on a curve recorded through the proportional scale-down of a fluctuation on a forward end position of a casing or an auger and sand surface in the casing, pressing-out and charging of sand, and lifting of the casing and the auger are controlled.

CONSTITUTION: A casing and an earth auger are inserted into a ground, and sand, with which the casing is filled, is pressed into a ground to consctruct a sand pile. A device is constituted such that ground lines GL, paralleling a moving direction of a recording paper 11, are drawn on the recording paper 11, and it consists of a writing means 12, which records the forward position of the casing or the auger through proprotional scale-down of the vertical movement of the casing or the surface through proportional scale-down of a fluctuation on the sand surface in the casing, and a drive mechanism for providing a proportional scaling-down movement. Lifting of the casing and the auger, pressing-out of sand, and filling with it are drawn on the recording paper 11, and as charging of sand and lifting of the auger are regulated according to the curve, a sand pile is constructed in a ground. This permits the amount of the p ressed-out sand to be normally brought into a constant manner.
